Emotions winding
Around my heart
Tighter, tighter
They tangle
Slowly, but surely
Cutting it in half
Breaking my heart
Winding around
My very soul
Capturing my mind
Grasping my world
And turning it upside down

*Me*

*Having a nightmare is nothing compared to living one.*

Welcome to passions....I thought that this poem was quite well done. I hope to see you around more often!

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

Another simple, profound piece.
Emotions can really suck.
Personally, I find myself to be quite controlled emotionally. The key is rationalization.
Although some people have moral objections to over-rationalization in some situations...
Well, just my advice.
Another job very well done, FallNTears. I love the subject matter you write about.
I certainly hope you stay around for a very long time!

This is the first of yours I have read and I have to say I'm impressed. Very nice poem. Emotions can be a terrible thing, but I guess they can be good too, I just have never seen them be.

WOW a poem that is not closed, this must have been one of the ones you did before you hit the 3 limit. How do you do it gosh all these poems in 1 day. My advice to you is to spend a little bit more time on your poems and less time posting them before they are fully finished and also I don't know your situation but it does not seem to me that you are writting what you feel or going through they just don't seem to be true to me I don't know. Oh and your "" sounds like I have heard something similar to it maybe on another pippers (if you know where you found it tell me I like it) by the way welcome to piptalk.
