Strong winds compel me to write this About all the different things that I will miss Like the sun and the beach. Those carefree days But it’s too bad that nothing good ever stays The days become shorter, no time for a game Less fun, more work, it’s always the same Tests and homework, stress and drama A fight with a friend, the death of a grandma Those long but short days… I’m gonna miss them too, but nothing good ever stays |
