She waltzed
On the five lines
The  music

He waltzed
On the five lines
The noise

Because
He, the traffic
She, the notes

Gives visions of a lady in a white sheer dress tip toeing a dance on top of musical notes while her beau holds the notes in mid air with his shoulders. Loved it.
