Be free to let life run
as a wild horse
over grasslands and hills;
Be free to let life walk
as a turtle
on white sands or parched earth;
Be free to let life jump
as a dolphin,
over waves of passing storms;
Be free to let life rest
as a wild flower,
with its petals dampened with dew
on a misty spring morning.

Be free!
