Stars in the Night

Layed under the stars,
gazing at the galaxy.

Counted several shooting ones,
and pondered how it amazes me.

It brings me such peace,
a calmness does overtake.

That I am privilaged to see,
what our Lord did make.

The sounds I am hearing,
soothing to my ears.

Can't ever remember not doing it,
it's been a part of my life for years.

I see all the beauty,
in the smallest of things.

A serenity in my soul,
is what it brings.

I fall asleep under the stars,
and dream of my tomorrows.

Sleeping peacefully,
forgetting my sorrows.

Thanks Lady...good read...I love to do that lay under the stars ..Such serenity. I loved it.
