In a state of disrepair...

A petulant meander
across another dream

A mirror and a willow
beside an empty lake
makes quite a pretty picture
unless you look too close

A willow and a rope
around a rotted neck
makes a man look closer
though he'd rather not

A rope and a mirror
beside now empty grace
the rope shows her fate
and a mirror shows her face.

A pitiful reminder
not to go to sleep.

Hangovers are nature's way of preparing us for liver failure.
