Longings Are Written

It has been a while
Since dreams were met
Reminders I write
Hoping you do not forget

My love expressed
Heart I openly disclosed
Inside the envelope
Feelings I have exposed

Love flows in letters
Sending kisses as I write
I wish you were here
Sharing the stars tonight

Here the very thought
In dreaming of your touch
Longings are written
As I missed you so much
