Reality Repeats Itself

With sadness I write
Whilst melancholy blue
The sad songs echo
I wondered if you knew

Sorrow still prevailed
In the depths of despair
I tried reaching you
Still it gets me nowhere

I languish in anguish
When feeling torn apart
As silence pervades
On a tear stained heart

Colours of my mood
Deep depressingly blue
Reality repeats itself
In tears I cried over you
