Smithy of Life, By Klover A young child, is like tempered steel, Only raw, and not yet a true adult, One could be its artist, and form it into beauty, But at the turn of a hammer, and a sharp edges appears, Or left alone, and allowed to cool, Into ugly lumps of uncaring steel, Only meant to be consumed by rust, And fade into dust. |
