It seems to be that
despite my desperate pleas
my muddled mind
and willing hand
just won't coalesce

They won't acquiesce
or bend their ears
so instead, I sit here
on the verge of mental tears
Praying to the elusive Gods

Praying and Pleading
on my hands and knees
