In These Words I Write

With no need to ask why
I am certain you are aware
I write while thinking you
Often I wish could be there

Special greetings I send
My love penned in rhymes
You know I still miss you
I have said so many times

Dreams worth dreaming
I always keep you in mine
The songs you sent me
I play them time after time

Its in these words I write
I express my true emotion
Penning feelings for you
With my love and devotion

this seems both sentimental & sad at the same time. How dearly and deeply special ones touch our lives. I feel this strongly as expressed in your words and sentimernts.
