Rain

Pounding... rain in my heart

Plopping... rocks in a puddle

Rocking... in an old rocking chair

Watching... rain sliding down the window

Alone... no one sees the girl sitting in the rain

Wow, wolfy, this is really amazing - only the second poem you've written yet you've truly captured the feeling of loneliness with both sounds and visuals. Well done!

thank you. its not exactly the second ive written but its the second one ive posted i have a few poems that i would like to post but im picking and choosing ones that i think actually have a meaning
