I've never seen you
But i know your there
And when I'm feeling lonely
You always cheer

I've never heard you
But i know your alive
Whenever I'm feeling quiet
You suddenly arrive

I've never smelled you
But i know your good
Because when I felt wretched
You always understood

I've never touched you
But i know your real
Because when I'm sad
You always seem to heal

What, or who, are you?
Myself i often ask
But i don't want to know
So just keep on the mask
