You have it right, JP, they are the deepest heart-psalms... and the poor poet is almost compulsively driven to divulge them. I've never really been able to discern who's doing the driving between my muses and I, but I swear the poems write themselves more often than not. Michael |

Poetry is much like a battle field of life experiences. Fits with what General George S. Patton said about his experiences: "Battle is an orgy of disorder." I think, much like poets and poetry. He was a great poet and General as well. JL  Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul,and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. Maranatha! |
