Unknown
Un-mourned
Untended

Without any event
As monument

Dead silent
Under the shadows
Of Cupid’s arrows
That never flew

This is sad.
I’m not sure that it has connotation of Poe.
My first thought was a person looking at a grave headstone
thinking out loud, or maybe knowing the departed
or making assumption.
