Reading out loud
giving voice to my poetry
saying what I hear in my head
with what I feel in my heart
to eager, expectant ears
and understanding eyes
is undeniable bliss.

Wish there was somewhere around here with the open mike, nearest place as far as I know is New Orleans.

Like the poem very much, and can imagine you reciting this and other of your poems.

Jerry, you'd be suprised for being a relatively small midwestern town how popular poetry is here.
