Donde es Amo? (Where is love?) It could be in a whisper, Of a private things I've heard I sift and sort the message, As I replay each word. Maybe hid within a glance. A picture painted sweet, Imagery’s excitement, Reality… Retreat! Possibly a magic touch, Warmed embers in my soul, I now begin to hunger, For what can make me whole. I question if I’m in the thoughts, But I’m afraid to know. There is a chance instead you see, My dream would have to go. |

Jerry, "anticipation" puts me in mind of Paul Simon's "Kodachrome", ...I know they'd never match my sweet imagination... Thanks for your comments. |
