"Temptation" In the distance The darkness calls out to me I resist In the distance A figure stands silent in the darkness Hesitating I resist In the distance I see myself in the darkness Lingering I resist In the distance The figure beckons to me in the darkness I cannot resist In the distance A light shines in the Darkness I resist It's too bad I'm not as wonderful a person as people say I am, because the world could use a few people like that. |
