        Your Love

In this somber land of
fading dreams and
  broken promises,
beneath the cold-
indifferent glare of
random streetlamp suns
along my darkling way,
I was a hollow shadow
walking this empty street
  of no return,
until your love
made me complete.

Enjoyed this, Bruce. Just wondering though whether it's another's love for us that makes us complete or our love for another. Perhaps I've got it backwards but when I truly loved then and only then did I feel complete.
