 Why am I thirsty the day after Wednesday Each day that I’ve met has succumbed, to its fate A wound on wing will allow it to sore Even forever is, now out of date It’s a crime that chime and, mime should rhyme Every season has ran out of thyme The edges keep pushing their teeth through the flesh The flavor of death is the best when it’s fresh Why is the world gripping hard on the wind Why is the mouth of our mercy chagrined Why is the whole of our empathy empty Why did forgotten deserve to have memory I live in a dream that can never come true Lost in the color of ocean and you |
