Shadow Dance The alabaster evening moon is my true compass. This forest in the twilight mist is serene sanctuary beyond all the grasping world of men. Here, where Time past flowing into Time future seems an illusion, just Spring and Love are grand and gentle masters of my heart. I taste the pure-lingering scent of blossoms and antiquity, as memories and thoughts of only you in the 'too far away' dance with the moonlit shadows. --- b. e. adams (4/2/2014) |

The very first two lines grabbed me . . . quote: But the rest of the poem was a special rendering of the place where you reside and love. Your poetic words bear that out in wonderful thoughts penned with beauty in mind. ~*~ Love is friendship set on fire. ~*~ |
