Irish mistress dream

a dream a dream
she only was a dream
and I could not wake up
but write did I write
by day by nite
grasping for a touch
ever grasping ever dreaming
and now she is quiet
like many of her time
some voices quiet some silant forever
the blue seems more bluer then befor
but to read and relive
without voice an empty pleasure
oh to read that Irish mistress
oh to dream and not wake up
a dream a dream
