Can I have any comments on this peom ?

We hope so many things
But never they materialise
Some things happen
That we never expected at all.

Fleeting feelings come across and go
Open your eyes, gone they are!
A faint trace to remind the presence.
And you will never see them again.

Is it true tomorrows are never?
Yesterdays are mere history?
Dare you say today is yours?
Even these seconds why look like borrowed?
