Question about my mother joining pip

We both live in the same house and I have a router, so that I can use her Road Runner account. What will happen when she posts to one of my poems, since we share an ISP address? And how will she vote for a poem of mine without the system thinking I'm voting for myself. She just joined, so I wanted to find this out before she went ahead and commented to anything I wrote.
