Doesn't ring any bells. Could you perhaps be talking about "The Dreaming of the Bones" by Yeats? Although a play, this poetic piece is about Dervorgilla, the Irish equivalent of Helen of Troy. |

The poem in question is definately by Sir Thomas Moore.It deals with the "carrying off" of Dervorgilla by Hugh Mc. Murragh |
