Who am I ?

A simple life is all that I want,
to walk with my memories.
To loose myself with my thoughts,
of one , that's important to me.

Too many people clutter my life,
and I need to take some time out.
I need the time for myself, to
find out, what I'm all about.

This void that I feel, is not pleasant.
My ache seems to be, more and more.
The empty and lost feeling I have,
is something I need to explore.

Where am I going ? Who am I ?
I need the answers to this.
Why am I not happy, I ask ?
Exactly what is it amiss ?

I go out with a friend and leave them,
with never a thought or a care.
I am devoid of all feeling,
for me, there is nothing there.

I have to come, to terms with myself.
Make life worth living once more.
I want to care about tomorrow,
There's nothing for me to live for.

Somehow I've lost my way.
There's no one, to help find me.
Where am I going ? Who am I ?
Who knows ? Forever lost I may be.

If this is about you, you will find your way. Assessing your feeling, looking into your soul, those are the ways to find out who you truly are. I had to do this, I know. A wonderful piece, Kitty. Keep it up.

I know some of those feelings.When you have
a lot of responsibility it can be overwhelming.Keep your chin up.
