Forgive me for I cannot grasp thoughts feelings words I do not understand how you can whisper love when you have yet to see what makes me your words enchant my heart but they remain lies |

Thank you, Mia. A jaundiced look at an ealry relationship. You capture a skeptical attitude well. |

Mia....I understand this one quite well.....there are so many that make promises before they care to see who you really are. How can you love someone you do not know? ------------------ "Nobody has measured, not even poets, how much the heart can hold" ~Zelda Fitzgerald |

A nice poem Mia. But I don't really think that the words people say in the beginning are necessarily lies. It is a powerful thing, the beginnings of the spark between two people. Sometimes you make things seem more important that they are, despite the fledgling nature of the relationship. I am sure we are all guilty of it. Niceley done Mia, you managed to make me actually _think_ about something ![]() ------------------ Poetic Wheelbarrow http://www.stormloader.com/poetwheel/den.html ICQ: 44370408 |

Very thought-provoking words. I think sometimes we say what we hope to be true, without having had time to know yet for sure. Thank you, Mia. |
