my eyes fill with wonder
at the sight of you.
my heart fills with hunger
and i wish you knew.

my legs turn to jelly
whenever you walk by.
my stomach does flips
when you chance to sigh.

i long for your touch
in the warm summer's air.
i reach for your hand
but it's never there.

your face appears
when i close my eyes.
i drop my head
and begin to cry.

I like your style. Concise but filled with feeling. I could feel the longing in this piece.
