She’ll be back, she will! I know!

Deep in my heart it tells me so.

Do not fret my gentle friend

a love like yours just shouldn’t end.

I’ll write to her and ask her why

if she is gone where was goodbye?

I’m sure that she will soon return

through my letter, of your hurt, she’ll learn.

And I will tell her its not fair

to treat you like she doesn’t care.

For I have emails that I’ve saved

that do not mirror how she’s behaved.

She claimed she loved you once or twice

and the way she’s treating you isn’t nice.

To make you sit with constant pain

no word from her makes you insane.

I’ll send the emails I have read

I’ll hold her to the things she said.

So please hold on a little while

I’ll try to comfort you with smiles.

I like the poem Lucie and I like that you care enought to want to help Michael out. We do not know all the details here, but I'm sure there is a reason for what's happening.. sometimes people do things they think are best for everyone. Again, you did an excellent job here - and I like all the happy faces!
