Love is a river,
Mystical and free.
Overflowing with emotion,
Finding you and me.

Sometimes it runs fast,
Other times slow.
But no matter what happens,
It still comes and goes.

Here we have one big extended metaphor - starting with the title - which, by the way, made me open and read your poem... Nice job!! Keep 'em flowing...
