WE spend somuch time together,
yet I know not
if you care for me the way that I care for you.
I long to hold you
and to be your one and only.
How is it that I dont feel as though I have a chance.
I long to be in your presence, why cant I have you?
You are so far above me in the social status. I like you so much yet cant have you,
WHY?

this is a really nice poem. i have felt that way before about a guy- caring for him so much but thinking he didnt love me as much as i loved him. keep up the good work!

Maitay, social status is nothing- its Bullsh*t, just a statistic.....if you truly care for him, don't pay any attention to that....If you were meant for each other, it means nothing.

i really liked your poem. i am going through the same thing now, except the social problems. i love this boy very much, and hope that one day he will feel the same. good-luck 2 you!!!!!
