the sky is bright pink
and you sit there across me
on a park bench
feeding the pigions
watchin the world go by.
you catch me stare
and you smile
but i stare away
lookin at the roller bladers go by.
i get up without sayin a word,
and as im about 2 leave
we stare into eachothers eyes
for an eternal second
ill never forget your face
and i ponder this while walking back to my little apartment on the east side.

Wow, your imagery was very good. I could just picture the sky, the pigeons and the roller bladers. I loved the poem.
