I long to have you Hold me near To keep me from The things I fear I long to have you Hold me tight To keep me warm All through the night I long to have you By my side With you so close I will not hide I long to have you Keep me from Dangers lurking That may come The darkest night The brightest day The softest voice I walk away From all I fear For with you close With you so near I'm safe.
