Does the routine of a poetry project start at the beginning of each month? If not, then when?

Yes. Each month, at the start of the month, we receive a new project to work on. April's is following the rhythms of Frost. (see Elizabeth Santos' thread).

Technically, they start at the beginning of the month, however, due to time constraints
beyond the control of of our beloved leader,
the "end of the month " may fall more towards the middle.( this just means that we have to work harder, faster, and smarter. But, then again, ain't that life?)
