The glittering glaze Of a bright new day Mirrors the water Across the lake Stinging my eyes A single tear I cry It escapes my breath And disappears into the water Ripples of sun Caught in each wake Spanning the islands Gold spun A lone cloud appears Wispy and young Billowing quietly away For today, and every day The horizon of belief, and love Makes every day worth Sitting in the sun As I climb upon the rock The wisteria drop, from hiding And join my quest up high To thank God that I'm alive Hello everyone, Been a while.
