You have such a long road
Ahead in life to travel
Yet the one you have been on
Has been so rough and rocky
I only wish that I
Could have been there for you
At times when it became
So hard to bare
That you almost quit
Thank you for finding
The strength to continue
Or our paths
May never have crossed at all

   There were times on that road
   I had become so weak and weary
   And came so close
   To latting it all go

Someone like you stepped upon the path
And led me in ways that sometimes
Can only be spoken in whispers
Someimes cannot be spoken at all
But can only be known by the heart
And seen through the wonderful gaze
Of the eyes

I know someday
You will speak in whispers
You will know with your heart
And you will see through your eyes
That wonderful gaze of reflection
Even in ways that you will know
That can never be spoken at all
