In the footsteps of the Savior
There is comfort, joy and peace
A love beyond what this world knows
A love that will not cease.

In the footsteps of the savior
There are trials we must face
Remembering that Jesus walked
Through each of them with grace.

In the footsteps of the Savior
Is the dying to the self
Putting on a garment pure
And place the old one on the shelf.

In the footstepss of the Savior
You will find your needs are met
Never will He abandon you
His death He won't regret.

In the footsteps of the Savior
Is where the Christians walk
It takes endurance, faith and patience
Which come from Christ, the Rock.

I am reminded of that familiar poem of one set of footprints when Jesus carries us throgh the difficult times... It is good to know that He has gone before and left us some footprints to follow. Bob <><
