"Where Is Your Mind?" Where is your mind? I would like to ask... Are your thoughts upon some Heavenly task? Is your mind searching the earth for that perfect resting place? Have your thoughts gone ballistically lost in space? Are your driving emotions still stuck in traffic? Have your fears and anxieties gone hallucinographic? Have your brain cells collapsed and gone completely dead? Are your dreams still alive and swimming inside your head? Is your lost true love the one in whom you meditate? What are your deep down imaginations that you contimplate? Where is your mind? I would like to ask... Are your thoughts upon some Heavenly task? -Robert E. Michaud Jr.- |

Bob, Very well written! I liked the questions you allowed me ask myself, not for me so much as; am I helping or hindering someone else with my words or actions? Of course, this beautiful poem is a great self examination, but "today" my interpretation was, as I said. Very good job. Love, Marcy |
