Rainbow Hill Close your eyes, come with me a little glimpse of heaven you'll see... On the other side of rainbow hill thousands of roses, angels tend planting and pruning to perfections end Red roses, as deep as a heart in love pink roses so soft, a pillow for me yellow roses as delicate as a baby's breath Thousands of gold ones, blend with the streets purple roses all velvety, softly brush my knees blue ones as deep as the glassy sea sparkle crystal clear, yet glow so blue Thousands times ten thousands sing from this hill a little bit of heaven waits for you here look to your right, just around the bend more majesty awaits on Golden Hill look further still Silver Hill, you'll see... A never ending story this heavenly place see you at the pearly gates... BloomingRose |

Deb my friend, you have painted a lovely vision in my head and I know that whatever beauty we seek to see in heaven it will be there and I have no doubt that I will be enjoying these roses with you some day. Thank you for painting such a lovely verse to hold on to. |

Sunshine, Thanks glad you like Mark, I am aware there are no ways to pen what eye has not seen... hope it showed just a touch of what we hope for. I for one dearly love roses. Deb |

Wonderful imagery, Rose. Yet we probably can never imagine the true wonder that awaits us.I, too, love those roses! Ellie Summers haunting melody that awakens the butterflies, calling them to join the dance in their silent song of praise to God. eL |
