Youth has strength, even excess strength And that which has strength also struggles... Therefore, the struggling uses up the strength- Thus the strong struggle and become weak! The weak have not the strength to struggle So that which is weak struggles not... Therefore, the strong struggles in it's strength, expending; until it becomes weak- And the weak rests in it's weakness & is weak- So it is all the same in the end ... All shall be subdued and become weak- Therefore: All must become ashes- All must become nothing- All must be subdued- There is no escape! The circumstances in your life Will overcome you and subdue you And you shall be thrashed as grain, Upon the thrashing floor... All must go through the eye of the same needle... Dad - you said alot here with many of the same words! Really had to walk through it slowly to soak it up! How true your words are....I speak from thrashing experience! As my poem "Checkers of Destiny" says...just sit real still and let God do the rest....don't fight it, don't try to overcome it....Things will happen as HE wants them to in our lives...I am but a checker now, instead of a fighter!!  Glad to see you posting !- - - If I can just touch you once, then I feel I have accomplished what I am called to do...- - pFF |

I see a lot in these words. That we all leave through the same exit door is inevitable. That strength in ourselves will be subdued in undenyible. There is but one strength, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Michael |
