While on this Spiritual Journey, Through other forums I'd roam, But everyday I'd start out here, In this place that seems my home. For this is where I got my wings, Where my pen just seemed so free, It's where I learned so many things, And where I finally found me. This is where I met the friends, Who gave me inspiration, Whose faith and understanding, Gave me hope and consolation. Our lives all have their ups and downs, And often there just isn't time, But I miss the words that you wrote, Both the free verse and the rhyme. And I look forward to the day, When I can read your poems and prayers, Until then I wish you all the best, And that He keep you in His care. |

Dear Bonnie; I echo your words, my friend, and i too miss so many who have given us their words of His Love and encouragement. So, together, let us pray, for each and everyone. Pray that they are blessed and that God will return them to us as He will bring us new poets and new hope and love.  Though I still consider myself a new member, I have seen the decrease of late in posts and I have felt a sense of responsibility... I sneak in here once in awhile to read and I've noticed this problem. But you know, I've got the same problem in Adult! It seems Open Forum is more attractive because there are more people to read and reply to the poems. What about a Thanksgiving Prayer challenge? |

Hi Bonnie Great question title!! Anytime I see your name, I always greet it with a smile. I'm like you, this is home for me and the first place I come and I miss everyone. We all need each others spiritual fellowship in this forum. Good suggestions above and WhtDove needs to be taken to the wood shed, girly, ben missing you. and..where have I been this day? well, I've been trying to reach Jesus on the cell phone but with the weather and my LAN problems, just making connections (smiles) but we did connect.
