to remain mired in the pain,
and the troubles of the day,
staying focused on our cross,
each day that we carry.

His Love and His Will,
call us to higher visions.
Our crosses He will bear,
to lighten our heavy load,
that we may be set free,
to soar in Love and Joy.

Gazing at the horizons He sends,
eyes of our spirits open wide,
to see all the gifts of Grace
He sends to comfort and console,
to see His Love rising in the east,
to light the way our every step,
and passionately love us on our way!
