My Thanks to Ellie for inspiring me to write this poem. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Two Glimmering Shadows Two glimmering shadows partition the darkness, Reflective glow of indulgence blessed collectively. Sequestered sturdiness of our majesties honor, Cultivating two souls into a perennial bond. A serene, attentive man sifting life through hope, Blends knowledge with poetry creating connection. An internal depth portraying blistered dimensions, Constantly knowing patience and faith were perseverant. A sole woman swimming in severe denial, Seeking friendship to bridge overflowing pool of blues. Blindly crossing obstacles with proceeding resolve, Assembled before her through answered prayers from God above. Two glimmering shadows touch boundaries sweetest edge, Swaying in unison upon dance floor of Gods love. Two souls planted in separate growing fields of life, Blossomed as one harmoniously within their journeys. Sometimes we have to follow a stronger voice, even if it's silent. |

Oh, Ria; I've just been reading this over and over, because these words of God's Love given to such two beautiful hearts and cherished so, you have captured the essence of perfectly! Exquisite! Love, Ellie this last line is perfection......  "Blossomed as one harmoniously within their journeys" A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails. |
