After the Cross

After Holy of Holies veil ripped,
the "arc of the covenant" dripped
with blood from the cross
to cover our loss
as unto the darkness we slipped.

Now I kneel here a sinner set free
by the one who died there for me
in this place we go
where our hearts will show
what our true sacrifice can be.

I thank Jesus for the sacrifice he made so we can go before the father. There is nothing like being in the presense of the Lord.
What a day that will be when we see him face to face.
