If I Could Count The Times ~*Marge Tindal*~  If I could count the times you've held this heart of mine I'd try so hard to express the words 'Forever you'll be mine' To know that on the sunrise you lift my name in prayerful pause Whispering my name to His Majesty when nighttime also falls When we hold each other close within a daily prayer That surely gives Him thanks for the friendship that we share Though the distance, measured in miles may seem so far apart You're always closer to me in a prayer sent from the heart For ~My Warrior~ ~My Friend~  ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
