There Comes a Day Sometimes, evil flourishes And seems to have control. Don't it's cohorts realize They're giving up their soul? Through days of endless bounty They wander unafraid, While drawing near the climax Of choices they have made. Where can they turn in panic When their world falls apart? They have no hope if Jesus Is not within their heart. Yet God in all His glory, Forgives them if they turn, Embracing all His teachings Determined they will learn. Sometimes evil flourishes, But there always comes a day, When all of those who follow, Must repent or lose their way! Betty Lou Hebert |
