When walking on the sidewalk of life, there are bound to be many puddles. Some crisp from an april shower, some refreshing from a summer storm, and some cold from the melting of fresh february snow. To cross these puddles you can do one of two things. You can jump into the busy street, where you will be alone to defend yourself againt the oncoming traffic, or you can turn to a friend for help. Remember, if you do turn to a friend you should never expect him to lay down his jacket across that puddle so that you can cross without any effort. The most you can ask is that they lend you a hand so you can cross that puddle without getting to wet. |

That is the essence of true friendship...sharing the burden, not casting it on the other...well said! ![]() |

Yes, a friendly helping hand is often more than efficient. |

right on Ree Ree. The best friends are those who don't ask us why we are walking in the rain, they just offer us an umbrella if we need one. |
