He stepped down~~~ the mount behind Him clamor surrounded, the Word heard, faithful waited for His touch. The unclean cried, the bleeding hied to receive healing, by His hand. Living Dead, one filled with dread, wasting away, day by day, held at bay, by all who stood beyond reach, save One. Love reached out, and Living Dead was healed, sealed within everlasting love. ©February 17, 2002 Matt 8:1-4 scripture reference for 2/17 sermon Whether on the shoal or on the shore, I'll seek the lighthouse evermore. Matthew 8:1-4 KJV 1 When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. 2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. 3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. 4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and Yes, Virginia, I know of healing; I have seen healing; I believed in healing; and I was healed! After my right coronary artery completely closed three years ago, God grew a collateral artery, surprising all doctors in my cardiac catherization. Wheeeee! And now I'm like a teen ager at age 69. Anyone want healing? Let a man of God pray for you and believe in purity. Accept it. And it's yours!! Wheeeeeeeeee! ((Virginia)) -newell Sharing God's Love through perfectlovepoetry.com |
