On a late winters < !signature-->night, the moon in its quarter, floats beneath gossamer clouds. So, my inner eye can only see dimly His face. Obscured by human frailty. As the mist will clear, and moon shine bright. I will see clearly, Face to face, my beloved Lord and God, at moment of eternal bliss. 02 [This message has been edited by ellie LeJeune (edited 02-17-2000).] |

Ellie, This beautiful poem reminds me of the Scripture about seeing now through a glass dimly, but then face to face--No doubt you had it in mind as a scriptural base of your poem. God bless us when Faith shall become sight! David "Our Creativity points to a Higher Creator--we couldn't have just happened, and for what ability we may possess--to God be the glory." -dlw- |

Dear Sandy, Rebecca, Janet Marie, and David; Thanks for your lovely replies. So positive and always encouraging. I did write this after reading I corinthians 13, the other day. One of my favorites. 02 |

Amen to all the other comments. Isn't it hard to believe one day we'll actually see so clearly? Such awesome blessings we now have, and to think far greater are yet to come! |
