I awoke this morning to the sun,
dappling through a tree at the
        window.
Sending butterflies of light
dancing on the counterpane.
And the song of the morning dove,
singing her mournful song,
through springs first kiss
        of day.
A chickadee, tiny with her
        sweet song,
chirping her song of delightful
        harmony.
All threads in a tapestry of a
        morning,
interwoven with light and hope
        of spring,
and Gods' golden thread of
        Love!
